This is an Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck with included 2.4GHz Radio. Element has already shown the fun and versatility of the Trailrunner with it's 10th scale line-up, but they want to make sure everyone gets in on the crawling action. The redesigned Trailrunner has entered the 24th scale arena! Crawl anywhere, from the backyard to your living room floor and whatever you find in between with this compact and capable rig.
This small scale, 4-wheel drive crawler comes equipped with many features found on larger size rigs. Full-time 4-wheel-drive transmission with divorced transfer case, metal vertical chassis rails, and 4-link suspension ensure climbing over obstacles will be a breeze. Providing power and control is a 2-in-1 receiver/ESC, 2-channel radio, powerful servo, and single-cell LiPo. All this and more packed into a convenient package, ready to hit the trails, just install the batteries, charge and go!
Features:
-
4-Link Front and Rear Suspension: Front and rear injection-molded 4-link suspension allows for smooth articulation to crawl over rough terrain.
-
Forward-Mounted Motor and Divorced Transfer Case: The forward-mounted motor puts the heaviest part of the rig over the front tires. This forward-bias weight keeps the front tires on the ground and provides better front grip during ascents. The divorced transfer case provides a lower center of gravity in a compact space. Not only does this combination perform well, it also adds scale realism, allowing for plenty of room should you want to add a custom body or interior.
-
Wheels and Tires: Crawl, grip and climb over obstacles with black, injection-molded, single-piece rims wrapped in soft compound rubber tires.
-
Chassis Mounted Servo (CMS): The chassis-mounted servo provides maximum steering while maintaining scale looks.
- Single-piece polycarbonate Trailrunner body
- 2.4GHz 2-Channel radio
- 2-in-1 receiver and ESC combo
- Single-cell LiPo included

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
I've owned about a dozen 1:24 scale trucks. These do not have the aftermarket but with a little tinkering. It becomes pretty capable. Not as nice as an scx24 but also 20-30$ cheaper. You can run it on a 2s battery and it makes it a whole new truck. Run the hard springs that come with it and you're rubbing issue is gone. Deep dish set of wheels or some 3mm brass hexes allow you to run different sets of tires.
If you want to heavily mod, scx24.
If you'd like to make a mini scale rig, this does great. Trails great once you get some weight under it.

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Awesome little crawler. Fun to play inside and build your own course with pillows. Battery life longer than expected. Waiting for them to just sell the body so I can customize it.

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Cute little rig. Haven't run it much yet. But makes a great addition to my smaller scale RC's. The Grandkids love them.

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Nice little truck. You won't see a ton of aftermarket support. I immediately put some bigger tires and wheels on it along with a 2S battery from Amazon. Now the truck really does well.

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Kind of a cheap design from what I am used to however it is a decent little crawler and does better than some more expensive ones.

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Decent little crawler, changing the wheels to a negative offset design helped a lot, also changing the tires to something larger and foam filled made the next biggest improvement. Very minor body trimming and now it will keep up with a stock scx24 deadbolt. Definitely worth the price for a crawler with a forward positioned motor and a divorced transfer case. The 1s battery really holds it back from being everything it could be.

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
One of the pegs that the body pins to frame came broken out of the box. Also only came with 3 pins instead of 4, but it did come with back up pegs. The battery only worked for a few charges. Was making an indoor course and would test sections. Now that it is done it can't complete the course because it dies right away. Compared to my friend's axial, this was a big disappointment. Should have just paid $30 more for quality. Buying a new battery and seeing if it can be redeemed

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Now this tiny truck has so many things going for it it’s crazy! The front mounted motor gives it that true scale feel and look! And best of all the options to use any 1/24 scale body which is a plus for me! You can follow my personal build on Instagram @port_city_rc to see it’s progress we try to post truly honest opinions about every rc we try! But this tiny truck stole my heart right out of the box! And speaking of boxes be careful opening yours because inside the box turns into a tiny scale garage which is awesome for pics and gives you an idea on building your own personal garage for your scale trucks! So definitely this truck is worth it’s weight and then some so get yours today!

Element RC Enduro24 Trailrunner 1/24 4WD RTR Scale Mini Trail Truck (Grey)
Front body post mounts (both of them) broke within the 1st two days while being used by my 10 year old son on my couch. Used right alongside a 1/24 Axial RTR Jeep that did same tumbles and falls (which I have had for over a year) and it didn't break. Incredibly weak design on hoops that hold all 4 body posts on.
They make you buy the frame rails along with them for $15 plus S&H.... The whole truck only cost $99
Will never buy another Element product - re-badged CHEAP chinese brand RGT makes these for associated.
Poor customer service by Amain as well - Save your money and spend the extra $20 for the Axial which outperforms this in every possible situtation and is 1000% more durable.
As the company told me to pound sand I will engineer a better solution myself as buying another set of something that broke so easily will be a waste of time and money as they will clearly break again under NORMAL ROCK CRAWLER USE !
