The Element Enduro Trailrunner 4x4 RTR is inspired by today's off road vehicles, with the most detailed and realistic body Element has produced to-date. The Trailrunner 4x4 body was designed for looks, function and customization featuring a two-piece design with removable front lower valance, injection-molded fender flares, B-pillar appliqués, door handles, windshield wipers, mirrors, and front grill installed right out of the box. Plus, the Enduro 40106C LiPo Combo includes a Reedy 3000mAh 30C 7.4V Shorty Battery (ASC758) and Reedy Compact Balance Charger (ASC27201)!

The looks don't stop there. Also included are injection-molded roof rack, three-piece front bumper with D-rings, snorkel, and accessory decal sheet so you can make this RTR unique without buying additional accessories. So, whether the look you want is fresh off the lot, weekend warrior, or full-blown off-road trail rig, the choice is yours - and the parts are in the box!

With durability, performance, agility and scale looks in mind, the engineers at Area 51 Design Works came up with the Independent Front Suspension conversion kit. IFS provides maximum suspension articulation along with modern off-road vehicle suspension scale looks. Pre-assembled with the same quality and features, this trail truck comes equipped with IFS and is scale ready to tackle rough off-road terrain right out of the box.

The Enduro Trail Truck comes ready for adventure, with performance-driven Reedy Power electronics. The all-new, ultra-smooth and powerful, 16-turn 5-slot brushed crawler motor and Reedy Power SC400X electronic speed controller with T-plug connector, supply ample power to this tough rig. Controlling the beast on the trail is a 3-channel XP130 2.4GHz radio and Reedy Power high-torque 1320MG metal gear servo.

STEALTH® X GEARBOX WITH ADJUSTABLE OVERDRIVE GEARS
At the heart of the Enduro is our revolutionary Stealth® X gearbox. Although the exterior appears to have a conventional 3-gear transmission look, the inside is far from conventional. The Stealth® X features the ability to adjust the rear drive ratio independently from the front drive in 3 levels.

  • Stock (with 27T and 53T gears, above) overdrives the front end 5.7%.
  • Option 1 (with 28T and 52T gears, below left) provides a one-to-one drive ratio front to rear.
  • Option 2 (with 26T and 54T gears, below right) overdrives the front end 11.83%.
Officially Licensed Tires
Gripping the trail is a set of officially licensed General Grabber(TM) A/T X tires molded in a high-performance, soft compound rubber. The General Grabber™ A/T X tires are mounted on three-piece 1.55" beadlock wheels. No more worrying if your RTR tires will come unglued.

Element RC Enduro Trailrunner 4x4 RTR 1/10 Rock Crawler Combo (Fire)
Lots of fun, very durable, and plenty of aftermarket support. The IFS is a unique feature and I've been very impressed with it's performance. It also includes a front axle housing in case you ever want to swap out the IFS for a solid axle. For the price, you can't go wrong!

Element RC Enduro Trailrunner 4x4 RTR 1/10 Rock Crawler Combo (Fire)
Came assembled wrong from the manufacturer. Contacted them and they sent the parts out no problems. I'm basing the rating off the sister truck that I own and I did give it a quick spin around the house. It drives nice has crawling capability and is a fun trail truck. It's a great addition to my crawler collection. Lots of extras in the box as well. I appreciate that they added a solid axle housing should I choose to go that route and the amount of accessories for the body is good. It has a roof rack, mirrors, and an off road bumper with led lights all included. Definitely a good value for the money. I'm very pleased with the purchase and will continue to buy my hobby products from both associated and a main.

Solid truck, after a little tinkering it runs quite well I’d recommend it as a first crawler

Element RC Enduro Trailrunner 4x4 RTR 1/10 Rock Crawler Combo (Fire)
This is a good value, ready to run setup. It is a middle of the road, jack of all trades sort of RC truck; a reasonably scale looking trail rig that can also handle some easy to moderate difficulty level crawling as well. Extensive upgrades and modifications are required to make it "competitive" as one or the other. Otherwise, it is capable enough stock to be fun to drive in all sorts of terrain and look pretty good doing it.
My main complaints are: 1) The lack of an on/off switch on the stock ESC. 2) One-handed driving is impossible with the stock transmitter unless you have very long thumbs. 3) The smaller wheels and tires means you have to be very aware of your limited ground clearance. The pumpkin and suspension arms will get heavily scratched up very quickly.
My main compliments are: 1) This combo is truly ready to run out of the box, just put batteries in the transmitter, charge the lipo, and go have fun; no calibrations, tuning, or extra setting up required. 2) The body already comes with many accessories mounted, and is subtly marked to help make mounting the additional included accessories quick and easy. 3) The combination of the front independent suspension and rear solid axle might make it a little less predictable on the rocks, but it is great for the trails and along with the slight front overdrive, seems to help out with climbing, too. 4)Even though they are small, the tires are soft and give surprisingly good grip.

Element RC Enduro Trailrunner 4x4 RTR 1/10 Rock Crawler Combo (Fire)
This is my first proper RC car and I absolutely love it! Since I am a beginner, I thought an RTR would be good for me to get further into the hobby and also learn the basics. Amainhobbies's tech support has been very helpful too with my questions.
I also feel like I got the best possible deal for this RC.
