This is the E-flite Edge 540QQ 280 Bind-N-Fly Basic Electric Airplane. The E-flite Edge 540QQ 280 BNF Basic is the brain child of aerobatic world champion Quique Somenzini. This airplane has been specifically built to provide exceptional precision scale and 3D aerobatic performance so that you can fly from a convenient location such as a park or small field. E-flite Edge 540QQ 280 BNF Basic Electric Airplane
This plane on its second flight smoked the ESC and came crashing to the ground. After contacting amain I was referred to horizon hobby which I have not heard back from for two weeks. Very disappointed with amain the reason I started buying from them was because I had already had issues with hh. I have spent hundreds of dollars with amain without ever calling on them about a faulty product. Now they can't even step up to the plate on a 130 dollar product. Quality customer service is a must and amain has disappointed.

E-flite Edge 540QQ 280 BNF Basic Electric Airplane
This plane is awesome! I'm kinda new to RC airplanes but I've flown the simulator a lot and this is a piece of cake to fly for me. Dial back the dual rates and add a little expo and its smooth as butter. Its flies a lot better in the wind than my balsa piper cub and it has a lot more power. It seems pretty tough too.

E-flite Edge 540QQ 280 BNF Basic Electric Airplane
After Amain finally getting back to me and emailing back and forth we came to an agreement. As my first review shows I wasn't to happy with Amain or my Edge 540QQ. Now Amain has come to the party and helped me out as much as they can I have I new Edge 540QQ. Now I've got to say there is nothing at all wrong with this plane except a couple of small marks which I'm not worried about and for some reason I can't set the end points on the esc which I'll ask Amain what I'm doing wrong. The build was fast and easy, ever thing went together great. (for some reason my last one was a struggle) She flies fantastic, does what I ask her to do and easy. My last one was a fight to fly even though they were the same plane but I think the biggest difference besides the servos and esc would be that I put in a heap more expo into the controls (70%). I would recommend this plane to anyone with a good amount of flying experience after a small 3D capable plane
