This is the DuraTrax 8.5 Turn, Sensored Brushless Motor. There are many reasons for choosing brushless motors: quicker response, greater efficiency, longer life, and far less wear and maintenance. Sensored brushless motors offer additional benefits. Since the ESC is in constant communication with the motor, control is smoother and more precise, with none of the cogging and stuttering of non-sensored motors.

DuraTrax's new 540-size sensored brushless motors deliver the reliability and performance that both backyard bashers and serious racers demand. Combined with two to three LiPo cells, these motors deliver more than enough speed and torque for any 1/10 scale on- or off-road application. Four different turns are available, so drivers can find the perfect fit for their vehicle.
