The Fusion 180 Smart from Blade may be small, but it's flight performance is spectacular. If you're looking for one of the smallest conventional helicopters (one with a tail belt driven tail rotor system), then look no further than the Fusion 180 Smart. Thanks to the 180 being factory assembled, getting in the air couldn't be much simpler - all you need is to bind this to your Spektrum RC compatible 2.4GHz radio transmitter, charge up the batteries (sold separately), and go fly! While the Fusion 180 is an advanced level micro helicopter, it can help you learn more complex aerobatics with a feature called panic recovery - AKA - SAFE technology. SAFE technology is a program that once activated with a switch or button on the radio, will use the gyro sensors to set the helicopter in an upright and level attitude.

Spektrum Smart Technology is equipped thanks to the Spektrum Avian 15A ESC, and Spektrum AR6250MHXB Flight Controller & Receiver system. When paired with Spektrum Smart Batteries, and compatible transmitter systems, telemetry data is sent to your radio! Monitoring items such as battery voltage, motor output, motor RPM, ESC status, and more! Remote programming of the gyro system is possible with Forward Programming, and allows you to adjust flight settings such as agility, rotation rate, gain, and more.

Blade Fusion 180 Smart BNF Basic Electric Helicopter
Blade fusion 180 is a great helicopter with experience. Yes it is factory programmed to have slower spool up. Give it 5 seconds to have full spool up speed. Factory setup flew ok., but some may need swashplate adjustment in forward programming to achieve the perfect hovering. On normal mode is head speed/pitch for takeoffs is really low. Will have to increase head speed and pitch in forward programming but not too much. With experience and know what your doing is a great heli, I chose this fusion 180 over the omp m2 because I’m not a big fan of tail motor. And is better built than the m2

Blade Fusion 180 Smart BNF Basic Electric Helicopter
The blade helicopters have been giving me a real headache.
The tiny ones are great.

Instead of this model look at OMP M2 and Goosky Legend RS2.
Same size but better built.

What this model has is belt driven tail motor.

I broke mine on first flight. Poor takeoff.
So new main blades and some broke. Arms to replace already…
