Bachmann has faithfully recreated Oliver down to the moving eyes. Built to HO scale, this engine is highly detailed and uses all metal wheels and international-style hook and loop couplers.
Oliver is the number 11 engine who works on the North Western Railway. He, and his break van Toad, was saved from scrap by Douglas (BAC58808). Oliver is based on a GWR 1400 Class Engine and uses a 0-4-2 wheel layout.
