The Bachmann HO Scale Grumpy Diesel with Moving Eyes is a great option to add another engine to your Thomas and Friends collection. Bachmann has faithfully recreated Grumpy Diesel down to the moving eyes. Built to HO scale, this engine is highly detailed and uses all metal wheels and international-style hook and loop couplers.

Grumpy Diesel is known to be the first standard gauge diesel to ever arrive on Sodor. Initially, he was sent away for bad behavior, however after a number of return visits he eventually became a permanent member of the North Western Railway. Grumpy Diesel is based on a British Rail Class 08 Diesel-Electric Shunting Locomotive and uses a 0-6-0 wheel layout.
