The Arrma Outcast 4S BLX Brushless RTR 1/10 Stunt Truck is equally suited to the trails, muddy fields, skate parks or race tracks. The OUTCAST 4X4 4S BLX shares the low, lean look of its 6S BLX forerunner in a scaled-down size. Power comes from the ARRMA 4S-capable BLX120 brushless system – which features a 2400Kv brushless motor and ESC fitted with dual EC5 connectors for using two 2S LiPo battery packs. Differential gears inside the front and rear gearboxes are made of durable metal.

Building from the successful 4X4 3S BLX platform, ARRMA designers stretched the track width for the OUTCAST 4X4 4S BLX by widening the suspension and drive shafts. A center brace added along the length of the chassis provides maximum durability and can be removed in just four quick steps when it's time to perform maintenance. The molded 16mm Big Bore shocks include top-loading springs and molded-in shock rod ends to prevent spring loss. The large, tough wheels hubs and durable 17mm wheel hexes hold standard 3.8" wheels, outfitted with low-profile BACKFLIP tires. 

The ready-to-run package comes complete with a Spektrum STX2 2.4GHz radio with SRX200 waterproof receiver and an ARRMA ADS-15M metal gear servo. Add your choice of battery, charger, and "AA" transmitter batteries, and start making your own RC mayhem!

Arrma Outcast 4S BLX Brushless RTR 1/10 Stunt Truck (Bronze)
First of all, I have a granite 3s and a Kraton 6s and an outcast 6s, all awesome cars. I was a little disappointed at first with the release of this truck. So much plastic! One thing you have to remember is plastic flexes and is much lighter than metal. I was blown away with the out of the box performance. It is a dream on 4s! Double, triple backflips!!! Many bad landings and it just roars for more! It's great because it's bigger than the granite but not quite as big as the outcast 6s and is much lighter. It can take way more of a beating because of that. The body is very thick and has yet to show any wear even after my beating. The wing mount is incredibly durable. I landed right on that thing and it just keeps going with no damage. This manuevers way better than the granite 3s and rarely flips when turning. This is my favorite arrma yet! It is more durable and cheaper to run than the 6s models and destroys the competition of other brands. Please support arrma and buy one for yourself! I have been into RC for many years and they just keep improving their models and focusing on pleasing their customers. I own other brands as well and this truck has addressed all my needs in a basher. Durable, light, cheap to maintain, and a blast to drive. Buy one!!

This has to be the best budget rc on the market at this time. A set of rpm arms and it’s bulletproof and ready to bash, crash, wheelie, and just about anything you can throw at it literally. I’m kinda sold on this 4s line considering I have about $600 into upgrades alone to make my 6s kraton handle what this does with a set of front and rear rpm arms alone. Also probably one of my funnest rc vehicles to play with because it’s cheap enough not to care and you can just take it out on the truck and full send it every jump. A must buy for your collection. Just remember to throw away the junk transmitter and receiver that’s included

The rc has a ton of power and is a blast to drive when the pinion decides to stay on. The pinion has came loose 4 times in the 2 weeks that ive had it. I love the car but its super frustrating that I csnt drive it more than 10 minutes without the pinion coming loose.

I've had my new Outcast 4s for a few days now and it is so much fun! This is my 3rd Arrma and they build a very nice, quality product..Unfortunately since "spectrum" is the not a good transmitter it makes all the hard work Arrma does making a wiality product seem kind of for nothing.....Dump the spectrum controllers in ALL the line ups, your customers are getting sick of paying $425.00 and only getting a truck that still needs a controller, reciever and a servo that only works when it's moving! So, in completion I LOVE THE TRUCK and hate the transmitter, reciever and servo but after I buy a $30.00 reciever, transmitter and anoyher $30.00 on a servo I'll have exactly what I should have gotten in the first place....Whomever made the decision to add spectrum stx2 to the rtr kits should be fired, they are not in it to make customers happy or because they even care about the hobby..ANYONE who thinks the spectrum scx2 is good should just quit because they don't know squat! So my review is a complaint about cheap junk that corporate adds to an otherwise stellar product......Take your customers advise and you'll make a LOT more honest money and honest money LASTS....Eventually everyone is going to get sick of spending $60.00 to make a $200.00-$1300.00 kit drive right because some moran decided to use spectrum...

Arrma Outcast 4S BLX Brushless RTR 1/10 Stunt Truck (Bronze)
I have been out of the RC Bashing game for a little while. Some years back I had several Traxxas vehicles, this is my first Arrma purchase. I am blown away by how well this truck is built, everything has been over engineered to take a beating. The first day out I ran it first on 3s just to see how manageable the power would be. The truck ran so well on 3s that it was hard to believe the truck had more. I ran a 3s 5000mah Spektrum LiPo for well over 30 minutes and still had plenty of power. On 3s the ESC and Motor barely got warm no matter how hard I beat on the truck. I gave the truck a good once over after the first 30 minutes to find everything was perfect. The next run was on a Ace 4s 5000mah pack, this thing is insane on 4s, the truck ran great and handled the power very well. I bashed this truck on and off the rest of the day going between 3s and 4s packs, I love the drivability on 3s and seemed to have more fun with the truck tamed down a little. I have been running the truck for a few weeks now everyday without one single problem. I would highly recommend this truck for anyone looking for a great all around, have a blast stunt/bashing truck. I look forward to adding some of the other Arrma vehicles to my collection.

Keep your guard up on these trucks. The pinion may not be meshed correctly and need modifications. These share a lot of the same issues with the 3s trucks like leaky shocks to the point of being useless, a overly engineered and difficult motor mount and Rx Box design, a servo that is tested specs at 7.2v but run at 6v and is susceptible to glitching, as well as the possibility of needed upgrades rear driveshafts.
